New LSU coach Will Wade calls basketball program 'a sleeping giant'


When newly minted LSU basketball coach Will Wade and wife, Lauren, weighed the positives and negatives of the job, Wade said there was only one negative about accepting an offer to become the program’s 22nd coach. He quickly noted, however, it wasn’t all bad. The boyish-looking, 34-year-old Wade, said he’ll need to do a little more in his new job. (Baton Rouge Advocate)
