Audio: Jay Bilas on Cam Johnson: Players should be allowed to transfer and play immediately

Cam Johnson decided to transfer out of Pittsburgh last month. UNC emerged as one of the favorites to land Johnson, who happens to be a graduate transfer. However, Pitt will not allow him to play for the Tar Heels — or any other ACC program — unless he sits out next season. ESPN college basketball analyst Jay Bilas opened up on why Pitt’s decision is wrong.
