Restricting Cam Johnson's transfer is "petty and it’s vindictive"
Posted May 27, 2017
Restricting Cam Johnson’s transfer is the same as a non-compete provision in an employment contract. Think of it this way — Cam Johnson could quit playing basketball and accept a job on UNC’s staff and reveal all of Pitt’s magnificent basketball secrets and could write a book about Pitt’s program and reveal all of Pitt’s secrets. It’s absurd to the point of being laughable. It’s petty and it’s vindictive.
