Cardinals minor league report: Zac Gallen switching things up at Palm Beach
Posted May 28, 2017
The Cardinals’ farm system is rife with good, young pitching. One name that isn’t mentioned often however is the team’s third-round draft pick in 2016, Zac Gallen. In his first full professional season, the 21-year-old righthander out of North Carolina is off to a scorching start with advanced Single-A Palm Beach. Through his first eight starts, Gallen has a 1.72 ERA.
