Recent offers lead 2018 QB Jace Ruder to reopen recruitment

A string of unexpected opportunities helped reopen the recruitment of Norton QB Jace Ruder. After giving Tulsa a verbal commitment in December, scholarship offers from some of the top programs in the country continued to roll in, much to the surprise of the dual-threat signal caller. Florida State, UNC and Georgia recently extended offers, while Iowa offered in February.
