2018 QB Jace Ruder to visit Tar Heels

Kansas quarterback Jace Ruder decommited from the University of Tulsa over the weekend and has opened up his recruitment. The three-star quarterback out of Norton, Kansas made the announcement and is ready to take some unofficial visits. Ruder plans to take a visit to Chapel Hill this June, along with visits to Florida State and Georgia also coming this summer. (Keeping It Heel)
