Latest Draft Express mock draft has Bulls taking Justin Jackson at No. 16

The 2017 NBA Draft is just 18 days away in Brooklyn and thanks to another Draft Express update in their mock, the Chicago Bulls have two new picks at No. 16 and No. 38: UNC’s Justin Jackson and Baylor’s Jonathan Motley. The Bulls taking Jackson at No. 16 would make sense, and it seems like it could be exactly what the Bulls front office wants. (Pippen Ain't Easy)
