Cox Mill’s Wendell Moore named to USA Basketball U16 National team

How do you top a sophomore season where you lead your high school to its first state championship and are named public school state player of the year? For Cox Mill’s Wendell Moore, you go out and make the U.S. National team. Moore, 15, was named to the 12-man USA Basketball U16 team Tuesday and will play in the FIBA Americas U16 championship June 14-18 in Argentina.
