It wasn’t Michael Jordan’s best performance. Probably not even in his top-10. But it may have been his most memorable one. Back on June 11, 1997, the greatest basketball player of all-time scored 38 points in a pivotal NBA Finals game, on the road, while violently ill. You can’t really tell from the video, but Jordan was in a bad way on the day of Game 5 of the ’97 NBA Finals.
