How Chris Holtmann went from Butler assistant to Ohio State coach in 3 years

Shortly after resigning at Gardner-Webb to be an assistant at Butler, Chris Holtmann found himself in a unique and pressure-packed situation -- specifically one that had him replacing Brandon Miller as the Bulldogs' coach on an interim basis. That happened on Oct. 2, 2014. So a man who was in his first year as a Butler assistant just 33 months ago is now the head coach of The Ohio State University.
