North Carolina’s Tony Bradley surprised many when he elected to keep his name in for the 2017 NBA Draft. But his potential loss in draft position — many believe he could have played himself into a lottery pick with a strong sophomore year — could turn into a massive gain for some NBA team getting him at a cut-rate spot.
