Jace Ruder closed his recruitment once again Monday with the push of a button. Norton’s dual-threat quarterback tweeted his decision to verbally commit to the UNC football program just before boarding a plane home. While he was up in the air, the decision of one of the nation’s fastest rising quarterbacks in 2018 spread throughout college football circles online.
