Four-star center Jalen Smith commits to Maryland

Four-star recruit Jalen Smith, a 6-foot-10 center out of Baltimore Mount Saint Joseph, picked the Terrapins over Villanova. The commitment comes just a day after his official visit to the Maryland campus. Smith is regarded as the No. 31 overall prospect and the No. 4 center in the 2018 class. Smith joins fellow four-star recruit Aaron Wiggins to make up their current class.
