Michael Jordan’s first professional contract with the Chicago Bulls came with the legendary ‘Love of the Game‘ clause. It allowed Mike to play basketball in the off-season however and wherever he wanted, whether it be pick-up games in Chicago or going back to Chapel Hill to play with his former teammates at UNC in the off-season, regardless of any potential liabilities.
