Did the Spurs target UNC's Tony Bradley instead of Derrick White in 2017 NBA Draft?

With the 29th pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, the San Antonio Spurs selected Colorado's Derrick White. But things could have been different. It seems the Spurs may have been targeting UNC's Tony Bradley with their first round pick. According to Bradley, San Antonio was looking to land his services before the Lakers selected him and sent his rights to Utah.
