Five-star guard Javonte Smart commits to LSU


Five-star recruit JaVonte Smart verbally committed to LSU on Frida. Smart, a 6-foot-4 combo guard out of Baton Rouge (La.) Scotlandville, committed to Will Wade and the Tigers over Florida State, Kansas, Kentucky, Oklahoma State and UCLA. Smart is Wade's first pledge of the 2018 class. The commitment comes on the heels of reeling in 2018 top 50 recruit . (Scout.com)
