100 days and counting: A look at C.B. McGrath’s start at UNCW

For years, Roy Williams told new UNCW coach C.B.McGrath something he failed to recognize at the time – ‘When you get your first head job, coaching basketball will be about five percent of it.’ Back then, McGrath scoffed at the notion. A hundred days into his first head coaching job, he’s seeing things from a new angle. “That’s the really good five percent,” said McGrath.
