Scout 2020 Top 15 College Basketball Recruit Rankings

Every year just before the July evaluation periods the basketball recruiting team at Scout.com compiles an initial list, ranking the sophomore class. The player that tops the initial 2020 list is 6-foot-9 power forward Isaiah Todd, of Richmond (Va.) John Marshall. Todd, who played for the USA Basketball u16 team this past June, caught our eye this past spring. (Scout.com)
