How would you describe your ideal linebacker? "I think from a physical standpoint, you can be successful with guys of different sizes. I've had guys that weighed 215 pounds, had 158 tackles and eight sacks that went on to be drafted into the NFL and sign $60 million contracts. I've had guys that were 6'6" and weighed 240 pounds that were top 10 picks in the NFL."
