Inexperienced offense means big burden for UNC’s defense

Thanks to a talented offense, North Carolina managed to win six games in 2014 despite having one of the worst defenses in program history. With numerous offensive stars lost from last season, that will be far from the case this year. A Tar Heels defense that showed progress last season while also having its struggles at times will have to be the team’s strength.
