Class of 1990 Eric Montross, Derrick Phelps, Brian Reese, Clifford Rozier, Pat Sullivan and Kevin Salvadori made up coach Dean Smith’s top-ranked recruiting haul in 1990. “The bragging rights for Tobacco Road were pretty substantial at that time,” Montross said. “You had a significant number of guys playing at a very high level. It was great. I enjoyed the competition."
