Larry Fedora is approaching UNC's preseason camp, which begins next week, with an open quarterback competition. But, if you talk to those close to the program, LSU graduate transfer Brandon Harris is the safest bet to the win starting job. Inside Carolina spoke with college football insiders to get a better idea of Harris as a player and what he can do in the UNC offense.
