Jeremiah Francis is already rated one of the top floor generals in the class of 2019 and his recruitment is turning into a top-notch affair. On Wednesday, Kansas, Kentucky, Indiana, and North Carolina (Roy Williams) all watched him. Those three haven't offered yet but Indiana, Ohio State, Florida State, Iowa, Dayton, Purdue, West Virginia, Nebraska and more have.
