Former North Carolina standouts Matt Hedges, Eric Lichaj and Dax McCarty played instrumental roles in helping the U.S. National Team capture the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup on its home soil this summer. Thursday night, Jordan Morris netted the game winner in the 88th minute to lift the United States to a 2-1 victory over Jamaica in the championship match.
