Tar Heels Make Up A Third Of U.S. Pan Am Field Hockey Roster

Six Tar Heels will represent the United States in the upcoming Pan American Cup, set for Aug. 4-13 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Named to the 18-player roster, announced on Friday, were Jackie Briggs, Katelyn Ginolfi, Ashley Hoffman, Lauren Moyer, Loren Shealy and Julia Young. Hoffman is a rising junior for the Tar Heels and the others are UNC alums. (GoHeels.com)
