UNC Basketball: The history of toppling No. 1

No team in college basketball has defeated more No. 1s than UNC. Top-ranked team have met their demise at the hands of the Tar Heels twelve time. Some matchups have been classics, like the 1992 upset of Christian Laettner and undefeated Duke. Others have been beatdowns, like the 1998 evisceration of the Blue Devils at the hands of Antawn Jamison and Vince Carter.
