Cleveland Indians place All-Star reliever Andrew Miller on DL because of knee tendinitis

The beleaguered Indians bullpen has taken a hit, as Andrew Miller landed on the 10-day disabled list on Wednesday with right knee tendinitis. The Indians' rotation forced the bullpen into early action in the first two games of the club's series against the Red Sox. Mike Clevinger and Carlos Carrasco covered only 4 2/3 innings total in their starts.
