Washington Redskins Sign Former UNC Safety Tim Scott

The Washington Redskins on Thursday announced the signings of free agent safeties Stefan McClure and Tim Scott. Scott entered the NFL in 2015 as a free agent signing for the Dallas Cowboys. He had two stints on Dallas’ practice squad before being signed to the Cleveland Browns’ practice squad. During his senior season he led North Carolina’s defensed in tackles (72).
