There’s a reason Oakland drafted Elijah Hood in the seventh round. The 5-foot-11, 230-pound former Tar Heel is a banger who fits well with Oakland’s blocking scheme. Patterning himself after Marshawn Lynch, the Raiders need as much power they can get. He isn’t going to make defenders miss often. He’s more apt to lower his shoulder to run through defenders.
