Final evaluation period brings college basketball coaches, recruits to Vegas
Posted Aug 6, 2017
During the last week of July, which serves as the final of three evaluation periods during the month, college basketball coaches descend upon Las Vegas to watch the nation's top recruits. When top-tier recruits like Zion Williamson, Marvin Bagley III or Bol Bol are on the court, it's usually the blue-blood coaches in the stands, like UNC's Roy Williams, Kentucky's John Calipari, or Kansas' Bill Self.
