UNC stumbles in opener

So in the final minutes Saturday afternoon at Kenan Stadium, Joe Dailey felt a surge of excitement with UNC on the brink of a dramatic comeback, a rush that spiked when he saw everything he ever wanted. But given his biggest chance, Dailey made his worst throw of the afternoon and sent a crowd of 50,000 trudging to the exits.
