Vince Carter documentary to debut at Toronto Film Festival

The 40-year old Vince Carter who just signed a one-year contract with the Sacramento Kings isn’t just focused on basketball. “The Carter Effect,” a documentary about former Toronto Raptors star Vince Carter directed by Sean Menard, will make its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, which runs from September 7th through the 17th.
