Freeman Jones Preparing for Kicking Opportunity

Junior Freeman Jones is the likely favorite to grab UNC’s starting placekicker role. Jones is currently battling freshmen Noah Ruggles and Cooper Graham to replace Nick Weiler, who holds UNC’s single-season scoring record (127 points in 2015) and who etched his name in Tar Heel history last October with a barrage of Tomahawk chops in Tallahassee.
