Connor Barth on Roberto Aguayo: Bring on the competition

When the Buccaneers drafted kicker Roberto Aguayo in 2016, they didn’t wait long to release Connor Barth. While discussing the decision to release Aguayo, Bucs General Manager Jason Licht said that it was a mistake not to have Aguayo compete for the job. It’s a year later and too late for Licht to reap any benefits, but Aguayo and Barth will now be competing with one another.
