Marie McCool Nominated For Sportswoman Of The Year Award

UNC senior midfielder Marie McCool is one of 10 nominees for the 2017 Sportswoman of the Year Award, given by the Women's Sports Foundation. McCool is the only lacrosse player on the list of nominees. McCool was the 2017 ACC Midfielder of the Year, leading Carolina to the ACC regular season and tournament championships for the second consecutive year. (GoHeels.com)
