Could Chazz Surratt be UNC's surprise starter?

Chazz Surratt — a former N.C. high school star who redshirted last season — has led UNC's first-team offense in both of UNC's private scrimmages this month, according to sources. If he starts in Saturday's scrimmage, that would appear to give the redshirt freshman an inside track over senior Brandon Harris, sophomore Nathan Elliott and freshman Logan Byrd.
