Davis Love III approaches one of his goals

In what has become almost an annual ritual at the Wyndham Championship, a gallery packed the bleachers behind the practice range today watching Davis Love III hit balls. Later, as he climbed the hill back to the clubhouse, he was stopped every 10 feet by autograph hunters. To the Wyndham, Love has emerged as a replacement of sorts for Sam Snead.
