John Bunting said he always thought his season-opening opponent, Rutgers on Saturday at 3:30 in Kenan Stadium, was a sleeping giant. Well, giants do tend to sleep from the time to time. Consider that before last season's 7-5 finish, the Scarlet Knights had four winning seasons in the last 24 years. Bunting's teams have played well in Chapel Hill lately, winning eight of their last 12 at Kenan. Advantage Tar Heels.
