Heels' players hurting


North Carolina linebacker will not start Saturday against Rutgers, and reserve tight end may not play at all this season, coach said Wednesday. Mapp, who started the final six games of last season at middle linebacker, was slated to start at weak-side linebacker. But a sprained right knee has limited his practice time, and will start in his place. (Raleigh News & Observer)
