UNC Field Hockey Falls To Michigan In Season Opener

UNC opened the 2017 field hockey season Saturday with a loss to No. 11 Michigan, falling 3-2 in a neutral-site ACC-Big Ten Challenge matchup. The Tar Heels return to action Sunday to face the host Hawkeyes at 3 p.m. ET. "We have a quick turnaround and we need to recover well and not let this loss affect us, other than learning from it," UNC coach said. (GoHeels.com)
