Dailey named starting quarterback for Heels after spirited battle with Sexton

Joe Dailey was named North Carolina's starting quarterback yesterday. Dailey, a junior transfer from Nebraska, outlasted redshirt freshman Cameron Sexton in a tight duel that began last March in spring practice and continued through more than three weeks of summer preparation.
