Chargers' Tre Boston wins starting safety job

Tre Boston, following the release of Dwight Lowery, has won the starting job at free safety for the Los Angeles Chargers, Eric Williams of ESPN.com reports. Boston seemingly proved his talents enough in training camp and preseason to earn the job. Last season with the Panthers, Boston recorded 53 tackles and two interceptions.
