Despite what the box score and game film might have had to say about UNC’s quarterbacks in the loss to California, Larry Fedora isn't ready to commit to Chazz Surratt as the full-time starter, leaving open the possibility that both he and Brandon Harris will play Saturday when the Tar Heels host Louisville. Based on what the world saw Saturday, Surratt outperformed Harris.
