LeBron James and Drake toast to Vince Carter and Toronto before 'The Carter Effect' debuts

LeBron James’ media company, the Uninterrupted, created a documentary called The Carter Effect that looks back at the amazing career of dunk champ and eight-time All-Star Vince Carter. The night before its premier at the Toronto International Film Festival on Saturday, James and the rapper Drake got together with others to celebrate the work.
