LeBron James and Drake toast to Vince Carter and Toronto before 'The Carter Effect' debuts

LeBron James’ media company, the Uninterrupted, created a documentary called The Carter Effect that looks back at the amazing career of dunk champ and eight-time All-Star Vince Carter. The night before its premier at the Toronto International Film Festival on Saturday, James and the rapper Drake got together with others to celebrate the work. (USA Today)
