ACC Specialist of the Week Anthony Ratliff-Williams returned five kickoffs for a school single-game record 199 yards – an average of 39.8 yards per return – in Saturday’s loss to No. 17 Louisville. ACC Rookie of the Week Chazz Surratt completed 12-of-14 passes for 168 yards and two touchdowns, all in the first half of Saturday’s loss to No. 17 Louisville. (The ACC)
