ACC quarterback play better than expected

The Tar Heels have two quarterbacks in Chazz Surratt and Brandon Harris who have shown they can move the team and score points. Quarterback play is NOT the problem! To this point, we could say the same thing about most of the other teams in the ACC. Although expectations were a bit low for the quarterback position after the departure of seven really good starters. (WRAL Sports Fan)
