Jalek Felton, North Carolina: If there's one 5-star recruit guaranteed to not have a starting job this season, it's Felton. That's not a slight against the nephew of former UNC great Raymond Felton; it's just the situation he's entering. That could always change as the season progresses—particularly if Felton becomes a more reliable shooter and/or a more committed defender.
