Cignetti energizes Tar Heels' offense

The Heels hope new offensive coordinator Frank Cignetti's energy and the run-oriented version of the West Coast offense translate to a better offense than the Carolina one that struggled to score points and run the ball in a 5-6 season in 2005. Cignetti's offense will feature two running backs, zone blocking, play-action passes, and more downfield "home run" type passes.
