Jay Jay McCargo Steps into Starting Role on UNC O-Line

When Tar Heel center Cam Dillard when down in the first half against Louisville, redshirt freshman Jay Jay McCargo got his first taste of live college football action. As Dillard was being helped off the field, McCargo started warming up and snapping the ball to quarterback Chazz Surratt.
