UNC Basketball's Unique Transfer Record

The last player to transfer from the North Carolina basketball program was Larry Drew II. Few can forget when Drew left the Tar Heel program mid-season as a junior, shortly after the California native lost the starting point guard job to freshman Kendall Marshall. But that was more than six years ago. And on the national landscape, that makes UNC a unique situation.
